Using a traditional style of worship, First Presbyterian Church features excellent music from the Kney Organ, adult and children choirs, & hand bell ringers and thought provoking sermons.  The worship service gives participants time to praise God, confess their sins, hear the word of God through scripture and sermon, declaring their beliefs through creeds, praying, singing, and giving tithes and offerings before going to minister in the world.

Worship takes place at 11:00 am on Sundays (with an excellent nursery for all preschoolers  and “Pray ‘n Play” for 3-5 year olds).  Communion is celebrated on the first Sunday of each month and on Christmas Eve and Maundy Thursday.

Each Wednesday, at 7:00 p.m. Prayer Meeting in the historic Session House gives participants the opportunity to lift up to God the needs and concerns they have.

Special services are held on Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday.
